1.1.Return Conditions

Because we are handmade products, once an order is placed, we will not provide returns or exchanges unless the product has quality problems (excluding color difference, residual glue, etc.) or the wrong product is received.

(1) Returns must be postmarked within 30 days after the date of delivery.
(2) If you receive a damaged/defective item, Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
(3) All returns must be sent in the original box, with original packaging, not damaged, and not affecting resale.

You can follow the steps below to make a return:

(3) Fill in the return information on the paper.
(4) Pack the product, contact the delivery company to arrange the return.
(5) We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return.
(6) update the status of the return and refund within 5 working days. The refund will be returned to you wallet or to your original payment account.

Please Note: reserves the right not to process returns in the following situations:
(1) Return Exceeds the return time limit
(2) Return Non-our website items
(3) Return without application.
